Required:

• Active PMP Certification (must provide certificate number + Hard Copy)
• 8+ years IT project management experience
• 8+ years in IT industry with 5+ years in data management, data warehouses, data lakes, analytics/BI, web-based (J2EE) or SOA-related work
• 8+ years of excellent verbal & written communication
• 8+ years' experience developing project documentation
• 8+ years team management (meetings, mentoring, facilitation)
• 8+ years risk management & progress monitoring
• 8+ years' experience reporting project issues/progress to leadership
• 8+ years problem resolution skills
• 8+ years full PMLC + SDLC experience
• 8+ years project budget tracking & entering actuals
• 8+ years of Agile experience (sprints, planning increments, grooming, scrums, retros, Kanban)

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years in Healthcare / Public Health
• 6+ years managing multi-agency or multi-IT department initiatives
• 6+ years' experience in Health & Human Services environment
• 5+ years managing TSS Sprint Teams for Texas State projects
• 5+ years managing matrixed/multi-functional teams
• 5+ years building PM plans, work plans, quality plans
  5+ years full lifecycle involvement (analysis- deployment)
• 5+ years building/managing IT project teams
• 3+ years of Access & Eligibility program experience

Specific Skills:

• IT Project Management (senior level)
• Agile / Scrum leadership (sprints, Kanban, planning)
• Data integration, Data Analytics, Data Warehouse/Data Lake experience
• PM framework compliance (DIR PDF)
• Experience creating RFPs for vendor services
• Experience preparing federally required IAPDs
• Budget tracking & financial reporting
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Risk identification and resolution
• Managing projects for cloud analytics (PMAS Cloud Analytics)
