We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Indiana Land Development Group (Civil Site Design) and work with our Indianapolis, IN and/or South Bend, IN offices. Potential candidates can be located anywhere in the state of Indiana or Cincinnati, OH. Our team takes the lead on a wide range of projects including the more traditional residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, and also works alongside our other team members on Power and Energy, parks, streetscapes, and natural resource work throughout the state of Indiana. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil site design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Guide and mentor talented project teams focused on creativity and excellence.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and perform quality reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review design documents, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead business development activities to foster and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal V3 teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
