Job Overview

We are hiring Outside Sales Representatives across multiple states to accelerate regional market development and drive business growth. Candidates must reside within their assigned sales territory.

In this role, you will connect with customers through both in-person visits and virtual outreach. You will proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts—including cabinet manufacturers, cabinet retailers, builders, and designers.

As a company newly entering the U.S. market, we are looking for individuals who can take ownership of their territory, clearly communicate the value of NUOMI products, secure showroom display placements, and convert sales opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Territory Development

Proactively identify and acquire new customers within the kitchen cabinetry, closet, building, and design industries. Conduct regular in person visits to cabinet manufacturers, closet manufacturers, cabinet/closet retailers, builders, contractors, and designers to generate new business opportunities and close orders.

2. Showroom Product Placement

Leverage NUOMI's showroom display policies to secure product placement in customer showrooms. Use strong presentation and communication skills—both in person and virtual—to help clients showcase NUOMI's key products.

3. Data-Driven Sales Execution

Analyze customer purchasing behavior to identify pain points and match them with NUOMI product solutions. Collect and report market insights—such as competitor pricing and industry trends—to help the company tailor regional strategies and provide stronger sales support.

4. Continuous Learning & Product Expertise

Maintain a strong learning mindset and develop in depth knowledge of NUOMI's product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Present yourself as a knowledgeable professional to earn customer trust and drive sales.

5. Customer Support & After-Sales Coordination

Assist customers with basic installation guidance when needed. Act as a communication bridge between customers and NUOMI to ensure smooth troubleshooting and timely resolution of after sales issues.

6. Weekly Reporting & Feedback

Provide weekly updates on progress, customer feedback, and market insights. NUOMI values team input and will adjust strategies or policies when necessary to support your success in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales within hardware or the kitchen cabinetry or closet industry.
  2. Strong drive and hunger to succeed; motivated to take ownership of market development as part of a growing, startup style team.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide consultative solutions to customers.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and GSuite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) for daily operations.
  5. Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within the assigned territory for client visits.
