Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves conducting assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with children and individuals with disabilities in clinical or educational settings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and supervise individualized behavioral intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine needs and progress.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards related to patient care, confidentiality, and medical records management.
  • Educate families and staff on behavioral strategies and progress updates through regular communication.

Experience

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, especially working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection, and behavior management techniques.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral health conditions.
  • Knowledge of special education practices, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation processes, and medical documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations concerning patient privacy and medical records management.
  • Prior experience conducting intake assessments, patient care planning, and working within multidisciplinary teams is preferred. Pay: $ $90.00 per hour
