As a Manager, Category Management - Raw Material you will lead a category team to implement opportunities to improve cost, quality, delivery, and reliability to reach organizational goals. You will grow a category management team in the Fabrication category. You will report to the Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) Director - Global Category Management - Direct and work 100% Remote.

• Lead a team of 4 to 5 category managers responsible for different fabrications in fuels, OMS, and other teams.
• Direct the segmentation of assign spend into category and subcategory groupings to create levers to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead the development of overall category strategies to meet organizational goals by improving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while securing supply continuity through identifying and mitigating current and potential risks and opportunities in the category strategy
• Ensure the execution category strategy through preferred supplier list (PSL), "right-sizing" non-preferred suppliers, and rewarding preferred partners with business awards tied to Long-term Agreements (LTA) with year over year improvements in cost, delivery, quality, service, and profitability.
• Lead main business reviews (SRM) with strategic suppliers to bring category strategy and accomplishment of category goals.
• Review presentations for supplier relationship management meetings, category strategies, risk mitigation proposals, 4-Blockers, and supplier/category gap analysis.
