Business Analyst

SAIC is seeking an AF DRRS Business Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Coach and guide the team on Agile practices and principles. 
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. 
• Develop comprehensive design documentation based on gathered requirements. 
• Ensure all documentation meets project standards and requirements. 
• Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams. 
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration to ensure project alignment and transparency. 
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or impediments promptly.  
• Work effectively in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work on-site at the Pentagon as required. 
• Manage workload and deadlines efficiently with both remote and on-site team members.

Required Education:

• Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and design. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
• Familiarity with Defense Readiness Reporting Systems (DRRS) preferred.

• Candidate must have an active Secret clearance.
