About the Role:

The Instructional Designer I plays a key role in developing high-quality learning solutions that support organizational goals. This position is responsible for planning, designing, and managing instructional design projects, creating dynamic learning materials, and ensuring training content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, conduct needs assessments, and implement innovative instructional strategies to improve employee performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with trainers to review and interpret course evaluation results.

Collaborate in planning and designing courses and curricula, ensuring accurate content and functional multimedia elements.

Conduct needs assessments to provide customized training solutions and performance development support.

Create and manage LMS learning activities, training assignments, and custom reports.

Develop instructional and training materials using current technologies to enhance learning and reduce errors.

Create and test course content, training games, graphics, and other technology-driven learning products.
