We are a small, dedicated company committed to delivering the highest quality, comprehensive, and neuroaffirming ABA services.

Our center is based in Platte City, MO. We proudly serve families throughout the Kansas City Northland and Leavenworth, KS area, working with clients from early learners to young adults.

The Opportunity: BCBA - Licensed in Kansas and Missouri

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BCBA to join our growing clinical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, program development, supervision, and consultation services across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments (e.g., preference assessments, skill assessments) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, goals-based treatment plans that strongly emphasize assent-based and naturalistic strategies.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
  • Offer expert coaching and consultation to parents/caregivers, fostering collaborative and effective home-based support.
  • Systematically collect and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making and ensure effective outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and administrative records.
  • Deliver services across home, center (Platte City), and community-based settings, requiring travel between clients in and around the KCMO Northland and Leavenworth, KS areas.

Qualifications

  • Current, active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • MUST be currently licensed or eligible for full licensure as a BCBA in BOTH Kansas and Missouri. (We can offer support with the licensure procedure)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience and commitment to implementing assent-based, play-based, and contemporary ABA practices.
  • Proven ability to promote measurable progress with clients across different age groups.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to drive between client locations in the KCMO Northland and Leavenworth, KS areas.
