About the Role
As an Appointment Setter at Bluewater, your job is to connect with qualified business owners, pre-frame them effectively, and book appointments for our Closers. You'll be the first point of contact — the person who sets the tone, builds trust, and helps entrepreneurs take their next step toward accessing capital.
This is not a beginner role. We're looking for experienced setters or graduates of top-tier sales programs who can handle high inbound volume and thrive under pressure.
What You'll Do
- Handle 30–60 inbound calls daily from qualified business owners. (hot leads from ads that booked a call)
- Pre-frame and triage prospects within our proven communication framework — no script needed.
- Ask key qualifying questions to ensure funding readiness.
- Schedule calls for closers and confirm appointments if the lead didn't book (self setting)
- Follow up with older leads and recover pipeline opportunities through self-set calls.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, lead notes, and call dispositions.
- Communicate daily with the team via Slack and huddles.
- Hit and exceed your KPIs — speed, accuracy, and show rate.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months setting experience, OR a graduate of a proven high-ticket sales program.
- (No experience = automatic disqualification)
- Full-time availability (9AM–6PM EST, 6 days/week).
- Clear communicator and quick thinker with competitive energy.
- Confident in objection handling and value framing.
- Ability to provide call recordings from previous triage/setting roles.
- B2B experience preferred, but not required.
- Self-motivated and consistent — no excuses, no drama, just results.
Compensation
- 4% Commission on Cash Collected + Bonuses on Self Set Leads
- OTE: $4,000 – $8,000/month (Performance-Based)
