Seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse injector with an existing client book to join our aesthetic practice in Fairfield, CT. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, administer a range of injectables treatments, and contribute to the growth of our practice through their expertise and client relationships. Must be available to work Saturdays weekly.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in CT
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an aesthetic injector.
Established client book within the area of operations.
Certification in nursing, aesthetic treatments, or related credentials preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.
Keen eye for aesthetics and ability to create natural-looking results.
Strong commitment to patient safety and adherence to best practices in infection control.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care and Treatment
· Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
· Administer a variety of injectables treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with precision and safety.
· Educate patients on pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects.
· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all treatments and follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management
· Nurture and expand existing client relationships to ensure patient retention and satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
· Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the practice.
Professional Development
· Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and education.
· Attend industry conferences and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
· Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior staff members.
Business Growth
· Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling appropriate treatments and products.
· Contribute to the development of new service offerings and treatment protocols.
Administrative Tasks
· Assist in inventory management of injectables products and supplies.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of practice operations.
· Comply with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
