ABOUT THE ROLE
This B2B Phone Sales Rep position is your platform to build lasting wealth by helping businesses recover money they're owed—while developing strong, long-term client relationships across industries like logistics, staffing, construction, manufacturing, and more. You'll own the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and qualifying inbound leads to closing deals and growing monthly revenue from a personal portfolio of clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage Inbound Leads: Field calls from business owners responding to our ads. Build rapport. Qualify. Close.
- Prospect & Cold Call: Target high-opportunity verticals. Get to decision-makers. Offer solutions that convert.
- Upsell & Expand: Grow existing accounts. Encourage monthly placements. Maximize lifetime value.
- Own Your Pipeline: Generate, manage, close, and nurture. You'll make 100–250 calls a day with at least 4 hours of talk time.
- Collaborate with the Team: Participate in roleplays, feedback sessions, and strategy meetings that sharpen your game.
- Track & Execute: Log all calls, leads, and opportunities in our CRM. Stay organized, stay accountable, stay ahead.
