About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Operations Project Manager to support the CEO of Serialle, a nationwide distribution company with additional involvement in various businesses and startups.
This is a high-impact role responsible for managing projects, coordinating tasks across teams, keeping operations organized, and supporting daily business workflows. You will work directly with the CEO and serve as a key driver of execution, structure, and follow-through.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's business calendar (adding/removing calls and meetings as discussed)
- Prepare daily and weekly briefs, summaries, and task lists
- Draft and respond to emails when appropriate
- Organize documents, PDFs, presentations, and internal files
- Track priorities and ensure follow-through across departments
Project Management
- Manage ongoing projects for Serialle
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and milestones
- Follow up consistently with team members, vendors, partners, and external contacts
- Provide organized project summaries and weekly updates
- Maintain accountability across all moving parts
Operations
- Maintain SOPs, documents, and internal organizational systems
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Prepare forms, templates, task lists, reports, and internal documents
- Support general business operations across multiple ventures
Research & Analysis
- Research products, vendors, services, and business solutions
- Compare prices, gather quotes, and evaluate options
- Prepare clean summaries and recommendations in PDF or spreadsheet form
Business Support
- Order items or coordinate purchases for the office/business
- Coordinate meeting logistics when needed
- Maintain structure so the CEO can focus on high-level decisions
Who You Are (Requirements)
- 3–7 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Operations Coordinator
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive strongly preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong follow-through — tasks do not need to be repeated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Excel, PDFs, project tools
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping details
- Professional, reliable, confidential, and proactive
- Capable of keeping up in a fast-moving environment
Pay: $70, $90,000.00 per year
