We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, keep our kitchen running like clockwork, and make sure every plate that leaves the pass is guest-ready and delicious. What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Minimum age: 18+
- Required certifications: ServSafe Food Manager certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Experience: At least 2 years kitchen leadership in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

What You'll Do:
- Lead and train kitchen staff to meet our high standards
- Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control for all menu items
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Work closely with FOH managers to coordinate smooth service
- Create a positive, motivating work environment for your team
