We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, keep our kitchen running like clockwork, and make sure every plate that leaves the pass is guest-ready and delicious. If you love leading people, streamlining operations, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we want you in our kitchen

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum age: 18+
  • Required certifications: ServSafe Food Manager certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Experience: At least 2 years kitchen leadership in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and train kitchen staff to meet our high standards
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control for all menu items
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
  • Work closely with FOH managers to coordinate smooth service
  • Create a positive, motivating work environment for your team
