Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. The position will be located at our corporate office and work directly with other inside sales associates and our outside sales team covering the southeastern US.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors, and dispatchers
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
• Perform data entry and maintain databases
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Assist with front desk duties as needed

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales within a sales environment is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Experience in outbound calling strategies including warm calling techniques that foster trust and rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
• Ability to provide excellent customer service meeting customer needs
• Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries
• Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
