Job Summary
In this role, you'll be delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance to a diverse client base. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You'll be troubleshooting issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking, while maintaining exceptional customer service and accurate documentation.
