A Brief Overview
This role directs and manages the Enterprise Software Solutions division, to effectively analyze, implement and support information technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency and enable smarter data‐driven business decisions, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God's Kingdom is extended.
This position requires an active commitment to the mission, values, and doctrinal stance of MAF. In the course of performing job duties, the employee will act in a manner that is Christ‐honoring as well as Christ‐like, demonstrating a personal Christan faith and witness in all interpersonal interactions. In addition, the employee must be willing to assist with other projects and duties as assigned by their manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years progressive related experience, including 5 years management‐level experience required
- 5 years experience in data analysis and visualization preferred
- 3 years experience in implementing and supporting software projects preferred
- 5 years working in a senior level role within MAF's ESS department preferred
- IIBA CBAP or equivalent preferred within first year

- Advanced understanding of software implementation

- Infrequent domestic travel for conferences and visiting other organizations
- Infrequent international travel to meet with customers on the field to understand business processes
