Line Cook

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook. The ideal candidate will be skilled in food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Must meet work authorization requirements to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of bending, stooping, and reaching.
