Project Manager

At East Texas Homes, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role is essential in ensuring that our construction and development projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and stay on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery
• Communicate regularly with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Manage documentation, permits, and project reporting
• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in residential
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
