ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager is the right hand to the Director of Operations—a tactical operator, task crusher, and organizational backbone who ensures the daily machine of ELITE runs with clarity, consistency, and speed.
The Operations Manager is a high-responsibility operator who owns the daily execution, flow, and operational heartbeat of ELITE. This role sits directly beneath the Director of Operations and is positioned as a future leader within the organization—someone who wants to grow, take on more responsibility, and eventually step into higher-level leadership roles as ELITE scales.
This is an impact role—a builder, executor, and process owner.
You will live in the details. Own daily follow-ups. Track action items. Support processes. Hold timelines. And ensure nothing—ever—falls through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Execution & Task Management
- Own daily and weekly task flow across the operations department
- Ensure action items, process steps, and operational requirements are completed on time
- Track and maintain key workflows to support service and project divisions
- Monitor operational metrics and surface issues or bottlenecks quickly
- Maintain clarity and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives
Systems, Processes & Structure
- Execute, maintain, and improve operational systems, SOPs, and checklists
- Support deployment of new processes across the organization
- Audit adherence to operational standards and escalate gaps with clarity
- Help implement new tools and technologies that streamline operations
- Ensure documentation is current, organized, and accessible
Cross-Department Alignment
- Work closely with service, projects, scheduling, warehouse, and leadership teams
- Coordinate communication to ensure consistent flow of information
- Support operational setup for new hires, new processes, and new initiatives
- Assist with meetings by preparing agendas, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-up
Organizational Efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies or breakdowns in workflow
- Propose solutions proactively—with thought, structure, and ownership
- Maintain operational dashboards and status trackers
- Keep the operational engine running smoothly, even during high-growth spurts
QUALIFICATIONS
Core Requirements
- 3–7+ years of demonstrated operational or project execution experience
- High attention to detail, organizational strength, and follow-through
- Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset—not waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environments
- Strong ability to prioritize, structure, and manage tasks at scale
- High integrity and alignment with a Christian values-based culture
Preferred Experience
- Home services, construction, trades, or field operations experience
- Experience implementing or supporting systems and SOPs
- Exposure to scaling teams or operating in high-growth organizations
