Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in all aspects of patient care
• Carry out prescribed therapeutic exercises and treatment techniques under PT supervision
• Measure, document, and communicate patient progress
• Educating patients on home exercises, expectations, and long-term care strategies
• Support the PT with patient handling, treatment implementation, and overall clinical workflow
• Track and report treatment effectiveness to supervising PT
• Maintain excellent communication with the PT regarding patient status, progress, and follow-up needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Colorado PTA license (or license-eligible)
• Passion for outpatient rehabilitation, movement restoration, and patient education
• Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
