You'll open our newest Tempe/Mesa flagship from the ground up. Empty space to thriving destination. Your team. Your store. A culture where everyone (including you) actually wants to show up.

What you bring:
- 2+ years leading people in high-volume retail/service/hospitality
- Young adult fashion sense and social media fluency
- Coaching mindset (background in competitive activities is a HUGE plus)
- Optimistic, resilient, moves fast, recovers faster
- Zero tolerance for drama
