Front End Engineer

We're hiring a founding Front-end Engineer to lead the development of our core UI and product interfaces. You'll shape the user experience of our platform, build scalable and performant front-end systems, and help set the tone for our engineering culture. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering in a fast-moving startup environment.

Work Arrangement

• 5-day onsite role; remote or hybrid options are not available

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own core UI components and front-end architecture of the product
• Translate product and design concepts into polished, production-ready experiences
• Ensure the application is fast, accessible, and responsive across devices
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to rapidly iterate on features
• Contribute to technical direction and establish best practices as part of the founding team

Requirements

• 4+ years of front-end development experience (React/TypeScript preferred)
• Proven ability to build performant, scalable UIs in production environments
• Strong product mindset with a focus on usability, design quality, and user experience
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
• Bonus: experience in startups, high-growth companies, or shipping 0→1 products
