About Us

Lake Ontario Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned small-animal practice just outside Oswego, NY. Our new facility opened in 2023, and we've grown steadily thanks to a supportive, communicative team and strong client relationships. We're now ready to welcome a third veterinarian so we can continue to grow while keeping our days manageable and our culture healthy.

Our clinic includes four spacious exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, a full dental area, digital radiography, in-house lab equipment, and advanced ultrasound. The building is new and the equipment is solid, but what matters most is the environment we create for the people who work here. We communicate, help each other out, and stay open to refining how we do things as the practice grows.

Who You'd Be Working With

You'd be joining two experienced, approachable veterinarians who enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas, and keeping communication open so the day feels steady and connected. Each doctor manages their own cases with confidence, with colleagues always available if a second set of eyes or a conversation about a plan would be helpful. We value a thoughtful, consistent approach to medicine and a team dynamic that helps the whole day run smoothly. Our support staff is full-time, reliable, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for everyone.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing good medicine with a team that communicates well and supports each other. Cases are managed at each doctor's comfort level, with experienced colleagues close by for discussion or a second look whenever it's helpful.
