Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our family-owned company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record in accounting and Quick Books. This role will involve overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including calls, emails, and oversee schedule management and calendar coordination for team members.
  • Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Maintain QuickBooks records and prepare financial statements.
  • Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proven 4-year experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • At least 4-year experience with QuickBooks for financial management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting is a must. The ideal candidate shall handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Background in DOB expediting is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $52, $62,000.00 per year
