À propos

CyberMSI is seeking an exceptionally motivated, highly resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you'll be on the front line of sales pipeline creation by developing leads through prospecting into new accounts and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. You'll use your innate persistence, creativity, and strong communication skills to build trusted relationships from the very first contact and help accelerate CyberMSI's growth.

Your experience working at MDR (Managed Detection & Response) and/or MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) companies, preferably selling Microsoft security products and services, will enable you to deliver outstanding sales results in the first 90 days of starting your adventure with CyberMSI.

If you're an SDR ready for a challenging yet lucrative opportunity that can propel your career to the next level with a fast-growing cybersecurity company, we want to hear from you. Apply today

What You'll Do

  • Schedule meetings and meet/exceed your quota for qualified appointments.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage and track lead generation.
  • Execute call scripts, email campaigns, and networking strategies to generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Work closely with the VP of sales to deliver engaging, insightful sales presentations.

What You'll Bring

  • Possessing minimum 2+ years of experience in sales at an MDR or MSSP company.
  • Selling Microsoft's (Defender XDR, Sentinel SIEM and Purview) or one of its leading competitors' (CrowdStrike, Rapid7, etc.) managed security services.
  • Executing successful prospecting campaigns for the mid-market (500–2,000 employees).
  • Navigating complex/challenging sales environments with proven sales techniques.
  • Excellent English communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Showing high levels of motivation and positive attitude with a marked hunger to succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0.

  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Remote work with no hybrid requirements.
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) to recharge and reset.
  • Rapid career progression based on performance milestones, not time in seat.
