Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a
versatile content creator and TikTok Shop manager
— someone who thrives both
in front of the camera
and
behind the scenes
. You'll be the creative force driving Filterbaby's social presence
and
the strategic mind growing our TikTok Shop affiliate network.

This role blends
creative production
,
creator management
, and
performance strategy,
perfect for someone who's equally comfortable filming a viral GRWM as they are analyzing GMV or optimizing creator briefs.

You should have a deep understanding of social-first storytelling, be fluent in TikTok culture, and know how to turn creators into high-performing brand advocates.

What You'll Do
Content Creation & Production

  • Develop and star in content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
  • Own the end-to-end production process, concepting, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Create a mix of viral, educational, and product-driven videos that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Conduct street-style interviews or IRL content that connects Filterbaby with real people.
  • Translate skincare and wellness science into accessible, entertaining storytelling.


TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Management

  • Identify, vet, and recruit TikTok Shop creators who align with Filterbaby's aesthetic and performance goals.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with creators, from onboarding to performance coaching.
  • Create clear, high-converting content briefs and provide feedback to optimize hooks, storytelling, and conversions.
  • Design and execute affiliate incentive programs, live events, and challenges to increase creator retention and GMV.
  • Track performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, engagement) and use insights to guide future campaigns.


Strategy, Insights & Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and social teams to build a monthly content and creator growth strategy.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, platform trends, and TikTok Shop updates.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to refine creative direction and community strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth and brand teams to align on launches, campaigns, and creative needs.

You Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    content creation
    ,
    influencer marketing
    , or
    TikTok Shop management
    .
  • A strong on-camera presence and a portfolio of short-form video work (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Proven ability to grow audiences and drive conversions through content.
  • Experience managing creators or affiliates — briefing, coaching, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Fluency in TikTok Shop backend tools, analytics, and community platforms (e.g., Lark, Discord).
  • Technical proficiency with
    CapCut
    ,
    TikTok editing tools
    , or similar software
  • Data-driven mindset — you love creative testing, iteration, and optimization
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; can juggle multiple creators and campaigns with ease.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with street-style or live interview content.
  • Background in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
  • Familiarity with TikTok live shopping or affiliate incubation programs.
  • Experience using project management tools like Airtable, Notion, or Asana
  • Experience going viral

The compensation range for this position is $750,000 - $100,000 depending on experience with performance based bonuses.
