We're hiring a
Growth Operations Engineer
to design and automate the systems that power our go-to-market engine. You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and ops — building workflows, automations, and analytics that scale pipeline and make our team move faster.
This is a hands-on builder role, ideal for someone who loves connecting tools, writing a bit of code, experimenting, and seeing instant impact. You'll own projects end-to-end — from idea to live system — and have full visibility into how your work drives growth.
What You'll Do
- Automate prospecting, outreach, and lead routing using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, or N8N
- Build data pipelines and dashboards that track conversion and performance
- Experiment, test, and scale what works across email, CRM, and analytics stacks
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize every step of the GTM motion
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 3–7 years in RevOps, Growth Ops, or Sales Ops at a SaaS company
- Enjoy building automations and experimenting with new tools
- Can translate GTM problems into scalable systems and clear metrics
- Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you own your outcomes

Location:
Hybrid, New York City (3–5 days a week in office)
Compensation:
$125K–$175K + equity (0.1–0.5%)
