$90,000-$105,000 + Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K, 401K Match and More.

Position Summary:

The SAP System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the company's SAP environment. This role provides technical expertise and hands-on support to ensure the SAP system operates efficiently and meets the needs of internal end users across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SAP system administration and is highly customer-focused, assisting employees in resolving issues and optimizing their use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain our ERP system to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related support requests from internal end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including user access, functionality, and workflow errors.
  • Implement system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and support SAP module enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Assist in testing new SAP modules, enhancements, and integrations with other systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users to improve efficiency and adoption of SAP functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience supporting SAP exclusively within the last 2 years.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support non-technical users effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
