Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology (IT) Support team.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, detecting, and fixing technical issues for MFT systems and ensuring the restoration of these critical IT systems to stable operations.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Offer MFT IT technical support services to operations across global sites.

• Co-ordinate with internal and external partners during the partner on-boarding process.

• Develop, maintain, and research innovative approaches for system administration tasks, including installation and configuration procedures.

• Work efficiently as an individual contributor, executing transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines to meet SLA and quality standards.

• Engage with Operations staff and customers to resolve MFT systems technical issues, often requiring coordination with multiple IT functional departments in a large enterprise environment.

• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for permanent solutions to ensure operational stability.
