We're currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing generator division and help ensure projects move smoothly from paperwork to installation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and keeping complex projects on track.

• Permit Management: Obtain, track, and maintain permits, licenses, and inspection approvals to ensure compliance.
• Government Liaison: Work with local municipalities to move permits forward and resolve delays.
• Installation Coordination: Schedule and support generator installations from start to finish.
• Customer Support: Keep homeowners informed throughout the permitting and installation process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot administrative challenges to prevent installation delays.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and customers for a smooth workflow.

What You Bring:

• Experience in permitting, construction coordination, or home services (preferred)
• Familiarity with municipal permitting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes independently
