We strive to provide only the highest quality repair and diagnostic services to our customers, eliminating the need to "Take it to the Dealer."

We are looking for individuals that want to ditch the desk job and do something different and challenging. We're a growing business and need self-driven individuals to join our team to help with that growth If you're interested in a position as a Calibration Technician, know that it is a detail-oriented job But if you're up for the challenge, being a tech is a great way to hone your creative problem-solving skills. You don't have to know everything about cars to do this job, but some experience is preferred.

What you'll be doing

ADAS Calibrations
Vehicles are designed with new safety features known as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). These systems aid the driver in staying safe and alert while behind the wheel. After a collision, these systems must be calibrated to ensure they are functioning as the manufacturer intended. The calibration process requires the technician to set up targets and mats to align the sensors and cameras properly.

Module Programming
After a collision, a module may need to be replaced on a vehicle. These new modules must be programmed to OEM specifications to function properly. As an ADAS Technician, you will be trained and equipped with the software needed to program modules on all makes and models of vehicles.

Diagnostic Assistance
Some collision repairs are outside the realm of calibration and programming. In these cases, there may be additional issues that need to be diagnosed first. ADAS Technicians are trained in light diagnostics, including identifying warning lights or DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) on the vehicle.

Sales and Customer Outreach
This role also includes a sales component, as you will be expected to help identify and onboard new partners and customers. As our business grows, building relationships with body shops, service centers, and insurance partners will be a key part of your success.
