Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Looking for an IT Professional who has the experience and ability to help support our growing company. This person must be a problem solver, customer service oriented, dependable, multitasker who has superior time management skills and that "get it done" attitude no matter what the situation. You will work within our IT department, having the responsibility of keeping our business and employees up and running within the area of Technology, including everything from Firewall to Scanners, Phone system to connectivity.

General Duties:

· Maintain our server systems, firewalls, hardware, and software across multiple locations.

· Maintain existing Windows infrastructure, applications, and systems.

· Provide onsite and remote Tier 2 IT assistance to the end user.

· Maintain backups of data from servers in accordance with schedules in place.

· Staff onboarding/offboarding along with relevant training as required.

· Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

· Work with third party vendors to ensure effectiveness of services provided for both IT and facilities.

· Maintain the VoIP phone system and be a PoC with the vendor for all maintenance and repair issues as well as daily operations.

· Responsible for security and stability of the network and stations.

· Perform both short-term and long-term projects assigned by management.

Required:

· Two plus years of experience assisting in the support of a Windows network infrastructure.

· Two plus years of experience providing end user support at a T2 level.

· Ability to adapt and implement new systems.

· Strong Organizational and Time Management skills.

· Possess a superior work ethic, attention to detail/quality.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75, $80,000.00 per year
