Senior Taleo Techno Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Taleo Technofunctional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Taleo Recruiting (TEE/TCE or TBE) and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams — driving end-to-end recruitment and onboarding solutions using Taleo, ensuring seamless system performance, configuration, and process alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Taleo implementation, configuration, and customization for Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
• Design and deliver scalable technofunctional solutions to optimize recruitment workflows, onboarding processes, and integrations.
• Perform Taleo system administration, including user setup, permissions, workflows, requisition templates, and offer letter configurations.
• Manage integrations using Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and coordinate data exchange with HCM, ERP, or third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and compliance.
• Collaborate with Oracle and internal stakeholders for issue resolution, enhancement planning, and upgrades.
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and post-implementation support for HR and TA teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in HCM, Talent Acquisition, or HR Technology.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Taleo (TBE, TEE, or TCE) environment.
• Strong functional understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Experience in technofunctional consulting — able to interpret business needs into technical configurations.
• Proficiency in Taleo Connect Client (TCC), XML, SQL, and data mapping for integrations.
• Experience with workflow design, approvals, email templates, and requisition management.
• Solid understanding of HR data structures, ATS processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills — able to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Taleo Certification (Recruitment and/or Onboarding modules).
• Experience in migration or upgrade from TBE to TEE/TCE or ORC.
• Consulting background or prior experience with Oracle partner firms.

Pay: $60.00 per hour
