Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on technology products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Keep the store organized by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are appealing
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in technology or electronics sales, is preferred
• Proficiency in POS systems and retail math concepts
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience in technical sales is advantageous
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
