Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining and nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.
• Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
• Stay updated on beverage trends, cocktail recipes, and menu changes.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Experience in food service or catering is a plus; knowledge of brewing techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
