Kerico Health Care is seeking experienced, professional NEMT Drivers to join our team as independent contractors. Our drivers help patients get to and from essential medical appointments with care, safety, and professionalism. If you're a safe driver with a reliable vehicle and a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you.

This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent work, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and patients in need of transportation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide safe, timely, and compassionate transportation to and from healthcare appointments.
• Assist clients door-to-door, including those with mobility issues or in wheelchairs (if qualified).
• Maintain professional communication with clients, dispatchers, and medical personnel.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and client interactions.
• Represent Kerico with integrity, reliability, and empathy.

Service Areas:

We're hiring drivers in Camino Verde Estates, Valencia west, Tucson Estate, Drexel Heights, South Tucson, Bear Canyn and Lakeside Park

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Own a reliable vehicle that has passed a State or Regulatory Inspection within the past year
• Driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)
• SSC
• CPR Certification
• Insurance and Registration
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients as needed
• Smartphone with GPS and ability to use trip apps
• Experience driving wheelchair-accessible vans or working in healthcare transport is a plus
