QA/QC Professional – All Disciplines

Location: Texas

Ross Consultancy USA provides expert EPCM services across complex construction sectors. We are currently hiring experienced QA/QC Professionals across all disciplines - Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Process Piping - to support high-tech construction projects in Texas. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination across complex scopes.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Professional, you'll support the delivery of complex construction by:

  • Performing inspections in line with project specs, national codes, and industry standards (NEC, UMC, SMACNA, ASME, AWS, etc.)
  • Collaborating with trades, project management, and design teams to resolve constructability and quality issues
  • Managing documentation for inspections, equipment signoffs, and field quality tracking
  • Participating in field audits, pre-task planning, and turnover processes
  • Providing discipline-specific support for installation readiness, testing, and commissioning

Discipline Highlights

  • Mechanical: Dry systems, test & balance, SMACNA/ASHRAE standards
  • Process Piping: Welded/fused systems, high-purity installation, ASME B31.3 compliance
  • Electrical: EEW/COHE support, panel schedules, SIPP reviews
  • Architectural: Cleanroom oversight, microcontamination control, gown room coordination

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in QA/QC roles on high-tech construction projects
  • Journeyman-level background in your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Process Piping)
  • Strong technical knowledge of codes, construction drawings, and QA/QC workflows
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
