As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Drive Results: Convert warm leads to loyal customers by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Communicate with Impact: Present confidently and clearly—whether on calls, emails, or video meetings.
- Own Your Pipeline: Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and document all client interactions thoroughly.
- Follow Up Relentlessly: Stay top-of-mind with prospects through consistent outreach and follow-through.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Share insights, support teammates, and help improve our sales processes.
- Grow Every Day: Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and personal development sessions.
- Listen & Learn: Capture client feedback to help shape our products and enhance the customer experience.
- Embrace Coaching: Be open to feedback and shadow sessions with Sales Managers and team leads to sharpen your skills.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: At least 1 year of sales or high-volume phone experience.
- Growth-Minded: You are passionate about improving daily and investing in yourself.
- A Strong Communicator: You build trust quickly through clear, confident verbal and visual communication.
- Driven by Impact: You are competitive, self-motivated, and inspired by achievement and income.

- Results-Focused: You have consistently met or exceeded sales goals.
- Available On-Site: You are ready to work in-person at our Ogden, UT office (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability).
We believe in rewarding performance. Here's what you can expect:
- Base Salary: Starting at $26,000+ (based on experience)
- Commission: 4%+ tiered, uncapped
- Average Deal Size: $3000
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000+ (includes paid training)
- Year 2 OTE: $137,000+ average
- Top Performers: Currently tracking $200,000+ annually
- Additional incentives include:
