We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are crucial for maintaining inventory integrity and fulfilling customer orders correctly. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of performing tasks that require frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. We are looking for a reliable team player who can contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare goods for shipping and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and meet productivity goals.
