We are seeking dedicated and efficient individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in San Diego, California . This role is central to our order fulfillment process and a key component of our overall logistics . As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your meticulous approach ensures that our customers receive the correct items in perfect condition. Key responsibilities include using RF scanners to locate and record inventory, carefully packaging products to prevent damage, and labeling shipments accurately. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; all associates must adhere to company safety policies and wear the required PPE at all times. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and bending. We are looking for reliable team players with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to our company's success. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
