Join our dynamic distribution center in Dallas, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate! This is a key role in our logistics network, supporting the efficient flow of goods. You will perform a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that our customers receive the right products in excellent condition. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and your ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is highly valued. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform frequent lifting of materials. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Load and unload trucks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
