A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to safety are critical. You will be expected to follow all guidelines regarding the safe handling of goods and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity is key. This role requires physical stamina, including regular lifting and movement throughout the day. We value individuals who are reliable, proactive, and possess excellent attention to detail. Experience with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
