We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Picker at our Phoenix, Arizona distribution center. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by retrieving items from designated warehouse locations. Utilizing a handheld scanner, you will locate products, confirm quantities, and prepare orders for the next stage of the logistics process. Maintaining a high level of accuracy is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to maintaining an organized and clean workspace, adhering strictly to all Safety protocols. The correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant mobility and requires the ability to perform tasks that include frequent bending, reaching, and occasional moderate Lifting of items up to 35 lbs. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are key.
