Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our major distribution center in Los Angeles, California. This role is essential for our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and timely handling of inventory and orders. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet production and quality targets within the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and willingness to use all required PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is an advantage.
