Job Summary:
Our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our hardworking team. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a wide range of activities from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, possess strong organizational skills, and are eager to contribute to our logistics efforts. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against orders.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas, optimizing space utilization.
  • Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including appropriate packaging and labeling.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE diligently.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of PPE requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
