We have an opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of tasks designed to ensure efficient product handling and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe working environment; therefore, adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential. This position requires an individual with physical stamina, the ability to work at a steady pace, and comfort with tasks involving frequent bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.

- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Use mandated PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks that require consistent lifting and physical movement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical exertion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding and commitment to safety protocols, including PPE.
- Capability to handle lifting tasks regularly.
