_Part-Time | Established Practice | Growth & Ownership Opportunities_
We are looking for an *experienced General Dentist* to join our Ventura County team for *2 Saturdays a month*. Our practice has been serving the community for *over 30 years*, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care, a collaborative environment, and strong clinical support so our doctors can grow and do their best work.
*Compensation*
As compensation for all services rendered, the Company will pay the Dentist the greater of:
*(i)* *30% of adjusted production* (less lab fees and patient refunds), calculated on a bi-weekly payroll cycle; *or*
*(ii)* *A guaranteed minimum daily rate*, paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule.
*Additional Incentives*
* *Sign-On Bonus:* Significant bonuses available (often several thousand dollars), based on start date and schedule.
* *Continuing Education:* Access to CE units through *Clove Dental University* for approved CE courses.
* *Malpractice Support:* Beginning in *Year 3*, the Company will provide a *$1,000 annual stipend* toward malpractice insurance (at Company discretion).
*Ownership Track (Up to 20% Ownership)*
Dentists working *3+ days a week* become eligible to earn *up to 20% ownership* in their home office by working full time with us—*in addition to 30% pay, the sign-on bonus, CE support, and malpractice stipend starting in Year 3.*
You may also be selected to join our *Owner Track*, where you can *buy into additional offices over time* and earn *passive income* beyond your primary site. These are the high-level details, and we would be happy to discuss the structure further during your interview.

* DDS/DMD from an accredited program
* Valid California dental license
* Comfortable with most general dentistry procedures
