À propos
We have always been a “remote first” company and are proud to have team members located all over the world. We value Curiosity, Creativity, Perseverance, and Kindness and strive to demonstrate these core values every day. Our culture is very important to us. We invest in our people in fun and exciting ways, including personal development budgets and an annual all‑company retreat that is focused less on work and more on human connections. We are in growth mode, and our “smart growth” approach ensures that we will continue to scale our company effectively.
The primary focus of the DevOps Engineer is building, maintaining, and monitoring a virtual infrastructure using automation as much as possible to achieve these goals. This includes not only using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), but also writing custom software and scripts to solve complex operational problems. They should also ensure that the infrastructure is secure, fault‑tolerant, well documented, and properly backed‑up. A successful candidate will have a strong focus on automation and avoid manually repeating tasks.
This is a fully remote position. We are able to hire candidates as employees in the United Kingdom. We are also open to candidates located in Spain, Austria, or Poland, and we are set up to engage through a contractor/vendor arrangement. While we highly value global talent, we are not currently equipped to sponsor the U.K.’s Skilled Worker visa.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful and self‑motivated person who can work independently with little supervision and can be responsible for driving their tasks from start to finish. They can communicate clearly with the team, actively seek help to accomplish their goals, and are comfortable making decisions within their area of responsibility.
Attention to detail is a very important part of the job. When submitting your resume, write the phrase “details matter” at the top.
