We are seeking a passionate and driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming and consolidating retail data from various sources, specifically Sell Out data from multiple retailers. You will be responsible for developing dashboards and data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making across different business areas. This position is suitable for candidates who bring between 1 and 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role, responsible for managing dashboards, reporting, ETL and data quality checking. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop dashboards using Qlik, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide an easy‑to‑understand view of key retail performance indicators. Consolidate data from various business areas to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a holistic view of overall performance, providing comprehensive reports to business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to understand their needs, define KPIs, and provide custom data visualisations that help guide decision‑making. Take ownership of data quality by implementing robust controls and automation processes to guarantee data accuracy and reliability. Act as the point of contact with central teams for new tools, embarking new key users, and support the adoption of tools more generally through training. Qualifications & Skills
Junior‑level experience as a Data Analyst, with 1–3 years in a similar role. Proven experience with data visualisation tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau or similar. Comfortable presenting data insights and translating them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Experience or knowledge of SQL is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Understanding of the commitment required from your role and its influence on the organization’s success. Analytical mindset, able to draw conclusions from data and take corrective action. Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to challenges. Results‑driven, motivated by objectives, willing to go the extra mile for internal alignment and success. Entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches. Highly IT literate and demonstrably proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Problem‑solving mindset with a “can‑do” attitude while working cross‑functionally. Benefits
