We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable FM service provider, supporting a mixed portfolio of commercial sites across Crawley. This role offers a great blend of independence, variety, and strong earning potential thanks to consistent overtime availability.
Role Overview You will deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, covering a broad range of mechanical, electrical, and building services equipment, including:
Mechanical & HVAC Systems
HVAC plant and associated systems Boilers, burners, and combustion plant Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systemsElectrical & Building Services
Electrical distribution Lighting and small power General fault-finding and minor electrical tasksRequirements NVQ Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent) City & Guilds in a relevant building services discipline Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within commercial environments Competency across electrical and fabric tasks Full UK driving licenceWhat You’ll Receive Salary between £42k and £48k High overtime availability for increased earnings Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00) 1-in-4 call-out rota Company van, fuel card, tools, and uniform Opportunities for training, development, and progressionIf you're a motivated engineer looking to join a stable, forward-thinking team with excellent earning potential, apply now
